Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Marco Shoes Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to receive an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
